Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park infographics: what's built/what's coming/what's missing, who's responsible, + project FAQ/timeline (pinned post)

On Dean Street, pie cafe (with liquor license) coming across from Pacific Park sites

DNAinfo, in Four & Twenty Blackbirds Plans New Pie Shop and Cafe in Prospect Heights, reported how the Gowanus-based pie shop Four & Twenty Blackbirds is moving to the TerraCRG space at 634 Dean Street between Carlton and Vanderbilt avenues.

That's right across the street from the southeast block of Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park, as if anticipating new customers, and the 25-seat dessert establishment will also have a beer and wine license, which was backed by the community board.

TerraCRG calls it Prospect Heights. Pacific Park,  which hasn't yet opened any buildings, as noted below, says "Welcome to the neighborhood." They call it Pacific Park.
